Payroll Manager Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a London Local Authority to appoint a permanent Payroll Manager to lead its Payroll and Pensions service. This is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payroll for approximately 2,600 employees.
